Booked a return journey for a wedding in Essex. Service was excellent- driver was on time for both legs and communication was great. Car was very tidy and driver was very polite and funny. Wouldn't hesitate to use this service again or recommend to a friend.
Brilliant airport pickup and drop off, it's so hard to find a cab company that will also store a car seat for your return. Very polite and helpful, great communication and were on time for pickup and drop off. Heard about them from a parent group - would definitely recommend!
We used Eagle minicabs to get from East London to Stansted on a day when there was a train strike, and to get us back home on our return from holiday. They were super responsive, friendly and professional, and significantly less expensive than Uber. They were also happy to use our baby seat, to look after it while we were away and arrive with it installed for the return journey. Communication was first rate and we were delighted with the service.
Cannot praise this company enough. From start to finish they were professional, efficient and courteous. I booked a cab for Christmas evening from Leytonstone to Broxbourne. I booked online with no problem. I prepaid and was given all details needed. I was advised as soon as the payment was received. On the day I was advised several times about pick up. Top rate taxis from lovely local Leyton folk! We've tried other services in the area, but were still searching for a reliable, safe and reasonable airport transfer. Until now... because Eagle are THE BUSINESS! Anwar in particular in an absolute gem, professional, kind and highly knowledgable. We will not look elsewhere in the future.
We used Eagle for a return trip to Gatwick Airport with our new baby. The service professional and timely with great communication important when you're worried about catching a flight!. They also offer a handh service where they will take your child in the car in its own car seat and bring it back for the return leg. We fly to the USA in April and won't hesitate to use them again.
I have to say that this was the best minicab/taxi service I have had in a long time. When I called to enquire about a return trip to Gatwick for my husband and I plus our 3 kids, I was on the phone for at least 20 minutes as the friendly and helpful guy on the phone talked me through the options. As soon as it was booked I received confirmation messages and on the day the driver checked in with me directly to let me know he would be there at the agreed time. On the way home, I checked in to confirm the booking and once again the driver sent details over text of how to contact him, where to find him and what car he was driving - including photos. Our driver was Mujahid and he was wonderful - the best conversation all the way home, my husband was in his element to be able to talk politics and current affairs for 90 minutes in the front seat. I can't imagine using a different company to Eagle Minicabs in Leyton and recommend them highly.
Superb and reliable service. We used the airport service twice and the direction especially for collection is very clear. Using WhatsApp and images to guide us. Safe driver. Clean car.
We have used Eagle Minicab 4 times now to and from airport, the service above any another luxury company . All the drivers are professional and polite but if you have the luxury to travel in the car of Mr Anwar you will be surprised how he can go above and beyond to make your trip unforgettable for you and for your kids. Eagle were brilliant when we needed to book a 6 seater last minute for pick up from Heathrow. Such a quick response on email from my initial enquiry, really communicative, a reasonable price and our driver was great. We’ll definitely be using Eagle again.
