Exceptional service from both David and Philip. They helped us purchase a family car and the whole process was completely seamless from making the initial contact about a potential car to having our chosen car delivered. Edit: very quickly after my 2 stars review was posted, Sara from Lexus gave me a call back and sorted me out very professionally. I upped the rating to 4 stars since the overall experience still wasn’t amazing but much better now.nnInitial review: Went there to get my Lexus serviced, booked a service that I didn’t get, got a phone call mid service to try to sell me what I should have had as part of booking.nnTried to get the detail of what I paid for last time, they don’t provide paper copies anymore so I though ok I’ll find it online, online the service history is very poorly designed you don’t have any itemized invoice of anything, so I don’t know what I paid for.nnWrote to them, no reply, called them, got forwarded 3 times and hung up on me.nnI just wanted to know when my timing belt was last done and the price to do it, it’s been an very poor experience so far.
