Myself and my partner visited Citygate Twickenham in order to purchase a new car, we were both greeted kindly from the moment we walk in, our sales representative Kevin Oliveira was extremely polite and helpful, he answered all the questions that we asked him, in regards to the vehicle that we were interested in, aswell as gave us an insight into others that we might be interested in. After ordering our new vehicle, Kevin stayed in contact with us all the way to the day of collection. Upon collecting our vehicle he when the extra mile by providing us with brand new mats and first aid kit, and he demonstrated the functions of the vehicle in order to give myself and my partner a better understanding of how everything works. I couldn't ask for a better sales representative then Kevin Oliveira.nnAnyone who is looking to buy a car from Citygate Twickenham needs to ask for Kevin Oliveira, he is the right guy to talk to.

So went in today for the cupra Ateca, met Gareth Williams, he helped me out a lot. Honestly when we first saw him the first thing I said was wow what a lovey guy. He gave me a list of options and he gave me genuine advice. You can tell when someone does their job and when someone loves their job. Highly recommend! Too guy.
Great customer service from Gareth, from first registering an interest online to the leaving the showroom with an Ateca. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, very informative and looked after my 6 months pregnant wife very well. A few months later and still very happy with my new car - in particular with the newborn, the upgrade to the bigger car has made life a lot easier - thank you Gareth! I called a few dealers beforehand when looking for a new car and this dealership was the only one that showed genuine interest in a new customer. Also, part exchanged my old car and thought the valuation was fair considering the conditions. Thank you and highly recommend.
