First of all I would like to ask if the sons of Maurice Levine would read this. After using your shops since the late 60s now 50 years, I am disgusted with the lack of training and customer skills your staff hold in your smethwick bearwood branch. People who’s used your shop over the 50 years include both my grandparents my parents my aunts and my uncles. Just this year in your store I have spent over two thousand pounds worth of furniture. Plus my mother and grandmother Both bought new beds this year. 3 thousand pounds plus worthbought by my family. This occasion I bought a table and chairs, a single chair, a double sofa, and a wardrobe. The table arrived quickly, single chair 4 weeks and the sofa with it. The wardrobe took 5 weeks. All three deliveries I asked for a call before delivery to make sure I was home. Never once was I called. I called to complain and Dave In your branch continued to call me sweetie when I told him I felt it was patronising and unprofessional but he continued on and on. I asked him who’s the manger or boss of this branch because I wanted to complain to him about other comments that were made to me. But Dave said the boss is mr Levine in sarcastic unprofessional manner. Never the less the delivery driver who bought our chair refused to wait 15 minute for us to travel home so he could deliver our already 4 week anticipated chair. No call was ever given to say there on the way. This last time the lads who delivered I wardrobe was very pleasant polite about the situation but because I was so frustrated with not getting a call before so I called Dave in the office to communicate with the delivery drivers to find out who’s not doing there job problems. I and the delivery drivers quickly found out when they spoke with Dave that the requested call before arriving was never written on there notes all three times!!!!! Me and my family are disappointed and feel we won’t be back ever again to Levines. With this lack of respect and lack of customer skills I feel your business will suffer especially losing life time loyal customers like myself. Regards from the Antoniou family

Ordered a bed, picked it up a week later. Matched expectations . Great service offered by all staff. Would recommend this store to others

Levines TERRIBLE service , ordered 1 king grey colour base with 4 draws, and 2 single grey bases with 2 draws. They delivered the kingsize headboard in black that didn't match the grey base, they also made a mistake with the single headboards being doubles. On top they refused to take the 3 old bases, paid another £20 more. Had to pay my handyman his £20 to assembly the beds. Now waiting for Tuesday's delivery of the single headboards. don' t recommend Levines. Should of gone to Bedware House in Great Barr like before!
