Good service quite quick for a busy bearwood road. Click and collect really efficent, returns are straight foward except sometimes theres a wait at customer services. Also really handy to pick up cheap offers online too. Not bad at all to be fair. Only problem is the parking is not so great.

AVOID THIS ARGOS!! This is my local argos but I shall not go here anymore. Some of the staff are unbelievably rude, others are just incompetent. Speaking to the managers is no help either, they are super quick with excuses. I have not had a chance to speak to the store manager yet but am amazed that speaking to the other middle managers (one in particular - male, short hair, sometimes wears glasses. I think his name is Chris) has been a complete waste of time. I dont understand why these people who clearly hate their customers, lack the most basic product and process knowledge and appear not to even have a passing acquaintance with good customer service, then choose to have customer-facing jobs. The place is also ALWAYS short-staffed. Do not go here an expect prompt service. As for good customer- service; put that idea clean out of your mind.

Except for the long waits, it is a great store. The staff will always do their best to help. Once i wanted to buy a WWE toy and they did not have it and so one of their staff actually drove to get the one I wanted for me

Exchanged 50" Samsung TV that was recently purchased and failed. (Don't buy one)! Friendly, efficient service, even though busy Very pleased.
