I was a tenant of Haart for 4 years. Terrible service, appalling quality of repairs, slow to respond to complaints, if they respond at all. 

As a home owner I would be concerned to let this agency manage my property as they have some of the worst contractors I have come across. They even knew a smoke detector was a legal requirement in the property and not only did they not rectify it, they lied and said it was not a legal requirement.

The change of tenancy process can be quite exhaustive however Martina was very helpful. She ensured that we fully understood the process and was very patient.  We are grateful for her assistance and pleased that the process has now been completed!

I worked with Matt Forsyth (lettings) for a month or so whilst trying to find a rental property. Although I didn't manage to find the right place for me via Haart, I can't fault Matt's professional, pro-active and positive approach. He is a friendly, honest and hardworking guy who genuinely seems to care for, and wants to do the best for, his clients and applicants. If I am in the market for a property in this area in the future, I won't hesitate to approach Matt again.
