I first used Lets Manage  in 2011 when I inadvertently became a landlord of a relative's house. I knew the house and the area would be attractive to the rental market but that is all I knew.

Lets Manage provided support to me at each stage of the rental process and have subsequently ensured the property has been well looked after by the tenants, Lets Manage are the first line of response for any issues with the house and I can rely on them to make effective decisions on my behalf for any issues arising regarding maintenance. This is valuable in providing peace of mind to me. 

I am always kept updated on issues and I am always contacted in the first instance  if more expensive repairs are required.
