Very prompt service from waiting for a table to been seated and served, the food I got was well worth the money, it was a hot sandwich with steak and side of fries. It was lovely will definitely go again next time in the area .
Absolutely fabulous. Food was delicious especially the ciabatta garlic bread... the best I’ve ever had! Cheesecake was stunning. But the service was the best. The lady serving us went out of her way make sure everything was okay and as we had requested. Thank you!
Food was okay. Not a fan of those style of chips especially with fish and chips. Seated very quickly and politely. Unfortunately the service ended there. No check backs, didn't ask if food was okay, didn't ask if we wanted any more drinks even though both of us finished our drinks during the meal. Didn't clear our plates so ended up asking for bill. Probably would have stayed for at least another drink. Food prices were to expensive to not receive good service. Won't be back Unfortunately
well this place was awful the food was cold me and my sister ordered beef stroganoff and the sauce was runny and was told by the waitress they do not put cream in it! so it was cold, bland and on reporting this the customer service was shocking with the chef blaming us that we didnt say anything until the end but we didnt have time to re order as we was going to city hall and did not want this warming up in a microwave as we had rice on our plate over all it was a shocking experience and will not be returning
Have visited many times so we know what to expect, good food & drink, polite and efficient service and relaxed atmosphere. It is popular so can get busy but can definitely recommend them.
Very disappointed with my visit this weekend. 2 members of staff with shrug of the shoulders attitude. Poor selection of food, i made 2 choices which didnt have ,we wouldve left, but had a fussy eater in our group. Cocktails, we asked what was in them, reply was dont know and when choose one, they were out of ingredients for that too.Safe to say we wont be visiting again
when I was in the past I ate a very good lasagna, I was very happy, but I came back a few days ago with my family and ordered the lasagna and the waiter came back to me after 10 minutes and told me that it was not ready yet and I ordered a beef straganoff after that I asked for bread and the waiter told me that for bread I had to order 10 minutes before.. Disappointing.... I think that the staff should be well trained to specify to the customer what food is not ready, and also to tell the customers that they have to wait 10 minutes for the bread.

It's not bad. The staff seemed friendly enough however the fish and chips had run out so instead two of us ordered the lasagne and it kinda felt microwaved and not actually nice and fresh which definitely put me off. It was quaint but I don't feel I'll be going back anytime soon alas
Wonderful food, with a nice view of the Marina. Healthy options, as well as some treats. Food came out promptly and was reasonably priced. The Goats cheese and tomato ciabatta is to die for. Easily accessible with a wheelchair and has vegetarian options.
