I have used Leominster Taxi firm for my holiday travels. They are efficient and ensure that I am at the airport in plenty of time for my flight. The driver is friendly, professional and incredibly helpful with a nothing is too much trouble attutude. I highly recommend this business
I have never had a taxi ride like and will never use this taxi service again its a sham i cant give 0 start i will advise anyone ells not to use them. I booked a taxi a day in advance i told the guy on the phone exactly where i needed to go multiple times just to be sure because i was unsure exactly where my destination was the person taking my booking sounded like they know where i needed to go standered for a taxi company right well not in this case when the taxi showed up i thought it was a bit odd that it didnt have a taxi light on top or anything on it but then my optimism kicked in and i thought its probably just a private taxi its ok on getting into the car i looked at the meter it was off but probably only because i weirs where hanging out of it then i noticed the camera wasn't fixed in one place but was swinging around in front of my face but weight theres more the driver didnt have a hands free device so every time he received a call for a new job he would pull the taxi over to the side of the road well muttering oww the phone wont pair with the device. what device i didnt see one lol anyway because the driver was often in a hurry to pick up the phone he would stop in unsafe places. The best is still to come on arriving in a village i had never been to before the driver turns to me and says i don't know where your destination is it must be new i dont have a map or GP'S maybe we should pull over and ask someone needles to say at this point i told the driver i was very unhappy didnt want to annoy him because he just might leave me on the road side all bets are off at this point or do i get out of this taxi and get a new one as im thinking this the driver comes out with a real jem he says to be honest i stopped listening to you when you said the area of your destination. thankfully i had planed for anything like this and was still an hour ahead of time the time i needed to be at the destination
Great service, taxi waiting at station as booked. Our driver was friendly and gave some useful information on places to eat etc near our destination.
