Very sad experience. We took a jacket to be dry cleaned and they melted the buttons onto the fabric and ruined it. We were just visiting Edinburgh so if you're also visiting maybe wait to clean things at home. It also didn't seem like he was going to show us that this had happened but I wanted to wear the coat out of the shop so he did. I never write bad reviews but I'd love to help save someone else's clothes.

Excellent cleaners. Very polite and professional service and brilliant standard of work, perfect dry cleaning even for "difficult" coats. Very happy with them, won't use anybody else.
