Have had to post this as i feel very let down by this company and their customer service. First of all i know they dont actually manufacture the beds however the aftercare is very poor. Beds took 3 weeks to arrive, not the 10 days as it says on website, had i not emailed the company after 12 days i would have been none the wiser! These beds were a birthday gift so that excitement was well gone by the time we recieved them. Ok.. now to the quality, well my partner opened each box, laid the parts out and we noticed instantly lots of flaws • poor painting •cracks in some slats •some strange tiny dot marks in the wood • uneven bumpy bed ends • quite big split in wood So i sent a photo to this company and after some emails being exchanged i was told they could replace the "damaged parts" The whole bed is showing signs of poor workmanship, i at least expect a full exchange but no they said only the damaged parts! I was then told to write a letter but after seein another person on here saying her letter apparently did not arrive after her writing and posting it this has put me off. I dont believe for a minute the manager isnt aware of my complaints so i have contacted trading standards . Poor customer service and poor quality, i deserve a full exchange and i will have to employ a tradesman to carry out the work should they offer an exchange. Very upset at the whole experience!

I received my order more than 2 months ago. The sales team and customer service at the time were very helpful. The order arrived but the supplier had sent an incorrect panel for the children's bunk bed. And one of the side panels had transit damage. As I had paid for the fitters to come and assemble the bunk and I had gotten rid of the old bed to make space for the new, the fitters drilled extra holes in the incorrect panel to put the bunk together. I got in touch with the customer service team to explain that the end result was not ideal and the under-bed drawer wouldn't close properly as a result but I could try to live with it if they showed some consideration. I send photos as requested to support my issue. Sending out replacement panels would incur an expense for them and for me as I would have to bear another disassembly-assembly cost. I was told by customer service that I would need to take it up with the 'management' by physically writing in to them - there is no email address. Not sure if the 'management' understand how ridiculous this sounds. I wrote in and was told to expect a reply in 2-4 weeks. I didn't get a response so I chased up in 2 weeks and was told they didn't have any record of receiving my letter - I should have sent it by recorded delivery. I forwarded a scanned copy to them and was told it would be forwarded on to the 'management' I have tried to chase up for a response multiple times now. It is almost 8 weeks now and still nothing. They don't seem to want to know. The customer service team has tried to help but I don't think they have any powers to do much more. If you are thinking of ordering from here then my advice would be to bear my experience in mind. If all is well with your order then that's fine, but should something go wrong, this is what you can expect. I am seeking advice, weighing my options and looking at taking the matter further.

We ordered my daughters bed on the 27th December. It arrived on the 5th January, my partner took half a day off work to build the bed, only to find that on one of the leg pieces the holes had been drilled in completely the wrong place. I immediately called the childrens bed shop to request a new part. Either my expectations are too high or the customer service is completely inadequate, but i would expect a phone call first thing monday morning with a date and time of the arrival of a new part. Instead i had to chase up the part myself having to call several times. Meanwhile my 3 year old daughter is having to sleep on a mattress on the floor. Eventually the part arrived on Friday 12th January, after lots of messages and phone calls only to fimd the new part was damaged. We paid in full for this bed and was offered no form of compensation, until i asked. I would not buy a product from this company again. We could have bought the same bed from elsewhere with less hassle.

Got an awful expierence with online shop.Can not even tell in words how much i regret i chose this shop!! I bought a domino bunk bed on sale for 269£ what looked really lovely but broke straight after assembling it.side board chipped out as didnt hold the beds weight! Reveiced replacement very quick but 2 weeks later a slab broke over my little girls head what totally shocked me because nobody was on top bed. Since that wasnt able to put my girls there ever again as i was too scared next time whole frame wont brake in time when my girls are there.my girls are 12kg and 16kg of weight.if bunk bed not able hold that weight then how bed can meet any safety standarts or regulations? Requested refund and pleased to take a bed away but been declined by company's customer service and had to open dispute with paypal. At the end I have to send bed of 105kg weight back to them from my own pocket!! Dear parents,please keep away your children safety,lifes,your time and money from this shop!!! Disgusting service.nobody in customer service cares your kids safety and life at all!!

Have not a good experience with this company! Order was for my grandson; bed price £308. Firstly order was sent to incorrect door number but delivery men didn't have the brains to phone and to check before taking goods back to depot😡 Then I had to pay for redelivery £30 as the free option had been used! A date was given and Stayed in all day waiting ........ no delivery!!!! 😡😡😡 Phoned first thing (9am then 9.30) in the morning couldn't get through so left a couple of messages and sent a email - no response !!!! Finally a email was received at 11.23 saying the delivery guys had a delay which impacted on the orders; again not my problem because I had paid for delivery !! Still my point is why couldn't someone had phoned me to let me know and rearrange ?? 😐😐😐 Our delivery finally arrived a day late (and after we had to chase it up)at midday; no phone call to check if someone was in .....no apology, nothing ! 🙄 I sent an email at 12.38 expressing my disatifaction and asking for compensation; even a refund of the delivery charge would have been fine but I have heard nothing since !!! Customer service not a strong point in this company 😐 I am now really scared to put this bed together 😜 a good experience with this company! Order was for my grandson; bed price £308.
