Dread picking up packages here, the lady is generally rude every time. Wait ages in the queue then they can never find the parcel and almost blame you for it before they eventually find it. Would rather send my package to the less secure corner shop over the road
Fast and friendly service.
Absolutely the most terrible service I have ever experienced, I went in today to send a parcel and the male staff was so rude, abrupt and so unhelpful. He wanted to charge me the most expensive service, and he lied to me saying that 1st class signed for was going to take up to 5 days to arrive and for 2nd class signed for, he couldn’t say but most probably more than 14 days. I asked if there was any other services with tracking but cheaper than first class signed for, he said that there wasn’t any, when I looked on the post office site I found that THERE ARE other services, with tracking and very secure costing less than first class signed for, and the information he gave it to me was all wrong, it seems that they want to rip you off. If he doesn’t want to deal with working with the general public then perhaps consider a career change might be a good idea and shall I suggest to train yourself on the post office services and charges. Very disappointed.
Needed travel money exchange, they said they don’t do that service and when they wanted to attend my need they where very impatient and I was about to get 5 or 4 pounds less of the actual rate. The same day I went to another post office and that’s when I realised it. Also, for no reason they asked my id in a way to exclude me from the service as I wasn’t carrying it at the moment just before to do the exchange, I have used this same currency exchange service before and I was never asked for it before.
Good for Post Office services with a good range of greetings cards.
Terrible rudeness and bad manners by both staff just for customer asking a question. Has happened twice. Better to use post office on Broadway, much better level of service.

Very slow service, chatting to other staff or having long conversations with locals even though the queue is out the door and only one counter open. But as the only post office in the area, they can afford to be.
