I was very pleased with the service we received on Tuesday February 6, from LockSafe. The man I first spoke to on the phone was helpful, answered my questions about the costs/timescales etc. The engineer Michael arrived within 30m, as promised, and had the problem fixed very quickly. The service was excellent and the price was fair. We were very happy with LockSafe.

Engineer Micheal came out to do an emergency lock opening close to midnight on Easter Good Friday after I forgot my keys in the house. Impressively quick, efficient and excellent service which is affordable when/if you're in a pickle. Fantastic.
Very easy to deal with and work was quick but thorough. After initial call, followed up with quote on WhatsApp where we arranged visit. Michael was polite, tidy and explained clearly what he was doing.
