Very pleasant young man. Came with in time slot. Quickly and efficiently replaced my lock. I was really pleased with this service. No hidden extras. The price of the job was reasonable I would definitely recommend this company.

What a brilliant service! Engineer arrived in about 25 mins and got me into the house in about 30 mins. No damage. The engineer was a lovely man, even though he’d been working since 7am I called at 8pm!
I was advised they would be there within the hour and I would receive a call 10 minutes before the engineer arrived. After 1 hour I called and they advised there was ‘an issue in the office’ so someone would then be there within another 45 minutes and I would receive a call 10 minutes before they arrived. After 1 hour already 15 mins later than stated I headed over to the house to wait. Seconds after I pulled up on the drive the engineer arrived. Still no 10 minute warning so if I had not have gone over to the house there would have been nobody to authorize the lock to be fixed. Absolutely terrible administrative services. However I would rate the engineer 5 stars. Polite quick and even cleaned up after himself.
