The staff here make it by far the best train station I have traversed through. So happy to help you get where you need to go.
Much appreciation to the staff members of this railway station as they helped me to collect my earpods that fell down to the railway track.
Normally Leamington Spa station is fine and staff helpful. There is a considerable amount of parking and a good service to London, Birmingham and much of the country. However, today I went to buy a ticket at 1805 for travel tomorrow to minimise delays early tomorrow morning. The ticket office was closed as staff were “on a break” until 1830. The office opened at 1833 and I eventually obtained my ticket at 1846. For me it was an inconvenience but for others arriving during the closed period it was a major problem since travel without a ticket would incur penalties. Hence for trains departing over the period of office closure, and for a period of some 15 minutes after, those wishing to travel have been put at risk of extra cost and inconvenience. This is unacceptable and it is to be hoped will be put right soon.
Coming slowly back to life as s place to be, with something of its own personality. Its impressive platform-end garden is part of this rebirth.the infusions sign at the top of stairs to Platform 2 is a feature of this.
