Hours on a saturday supposed to be 9am till 5.30pm... rang to check a prescription at 4.25pm and the automated phone message says they are closed but still quotes a closing time of 5.30pm.... pleased this wasnt urgent

I have just moved over to this Pharmacy away from my local one which I was with for 11years. I have had only one delivery so far from leaks but instantly I've noticed the difference far more professional and polite.

Pharmacist wasn't in for an hour at lunch so no drugs could be sold

Great chemist full of good value usually branded things to buy from medicines, soap and toothpaste to toilet cleaner, cards and batteries. Always worth a look round and usually much cheaper than the big retailers across in Gilesgate.

Hopeless.....3rd visit and prescription never ready or to collect on time,always 2 days later than advised
