Very poor service here when trying to have my script made up. No attempt to contact the GP surgery to have an alternative form of medication prescribed because the original was unobtainable. Instead, left without vital medication and caused avoidable stress. Was sneered and eye rolled at when I politely asked to speak to the pharmacist who didn't care anyway.
I needed some advice on obtaining the correct medication and was deeply impressed by the helpful, knowledgeable and efficient service I received from the pharmacist. She went well out of her way to ensure I received the most appropriate product for my needs. I am very satisfied with the excellent service I was given. I can wholeheartedly recommend this pharmacy. Thank you very much indeed!
