Most Sacred place in Northern England! I love this Temple and I hope to have everyone go in it some day! It's a place that everyone should strive to make it into! The grounds are always kept in perfect and clean, the lines are straight, the trimming for the trees is impeccable! One of my favorite part about this temple is the 33 trees around the Temple. There is a beautiful symbolism, each tree is separated by red Rose bushes. If anyone have questions about this beautiful place I would invite them to get in contact with there local missionaries and really give a open mind and heart to what they have ro say!

Tremendous peace. The building and grounds elevate visitors to connect them with a loving heavenly father. Beautiful and calm. There's also a distribution center where you can buy scriptures, photographs temples, and other church supplies.
A very special place. Family friendly and such beautiful grounds! I always feel so peaceful whenever I go. Highly recommend visiting!
I recently visited this gorgeous building with my sister in law. As soon as I set foot out of the car I felt the everyday worries just melt away. Even though it's situated near the motorway you hardly notice. Everyone we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend a visit whether you are a church member or not.
This building & the grounds are simply stunning. Tucked away off the M61 Jnc 8...you won't be disappointed. I have lived in Chorley for 2 1/2 yrs & always said I would visit!. If you want to sit & chill & let this crazy mad world pass you by for a few hours..this is the place to do it. A photographers dream building.
Very beautiful! Very peaceful! The landscaping is wonderful. The MTC, a stake center and the temple are all on the same property. If you're in Preston. This is a wonderful afternoon..... session in the temple and a walk through the beautiful gardens.

A beautiful religious building in lovely grounds. A place for quiet reflection and rejuvenation. There is a great family history centre for those wishing to explore their family trees. There is also a chapel with a congregation attending on Sundays, so may be busy then.
