Very nicely decorated cute dessert shop run by the nicest staff, the family run business provided the warmth in the shop which also radiated in the milkshakes made for us . The elder lady was the most welcoming and provided the best customer service! 10/10 would recommend!!!!

What can I say it feels like I have gone to heaven being here 4 times never a problem and lovely friendly staff 10/10 lady's.
The interior of this place is just stunning, very aesthetically pleasing location. The girls taking the order were pleasant too, very professional. Unfortunately, the desserts didn't live up to the standard of the decor itself. Namely the French toast, the owner ? came over to our table to ask if everything was okay and I let her know I didn't enjoy the French toast as it wasn't crispy, to which the lady undermined me and said "it's not meant to be crispy"...I mean, it's french toast, it's meant to be crispy lol anyway, we went back and forth debating this but I think you should do some research on what a certain food item should actually be like and if you disagree then don't argue with a customer, just simply say "I'm sorry you didn't like it" and move on, don't ask if everything was okay if you're not ready to hear some polite feedback. Also, the chai was EXTREMELY sweet, such a shame I had to throw it away. I hope going forward if you receive any feedback from your customers, please listen to them instead of debating, especially if they're trying to be nice about it.
Amazing desserts! Food always early or on time. The churros are incredible. Will definitely be ordering from here again. The delivery lady is very polite and friendly. Well deserved 5 stars.
Waited nearly two hours for food…then they cancelled the order, because the driver couldn’t even be bothered to try knocking on the door and claimed to have waited outside the property despite admitting not even knocking on door and had no miss calls when we left a note saying to ring…lady who dealt with the situation on the phone was VERY rude and unprofessional clearly need to go back to square one before setting up a new business and dealing with situations like this. Wouldn’t of minded if they had tried to knock but even after admitting it the women still acted like we were in the wrong, very unprofessional service such a shame…

Waffles were luke warm and very soft,were they even cooked??Next day i was on the toilet!!!Overated and expensive!
Looked nice but the dessert are not on par , massive let down
