I went in to day with a client to purchase a silver bracelet and was served by a lady called Lucy. What a horrible sales lady. She made it clear that we were putting her out. She did not even bother to inquire about the customer that we were purchasing a gift for and was unpleasant and rude.that we could not wait to leave. We did make a purchase as we were pressed for time. Actually just feel like retuning the items,due to her rudeness.

A really fine and very personal jeweller. They make very professional alterations  to your jewellery. Very, very good indeed. Five star!

Updating my review as I use them so often for repairs and they always so helpful.  Came up from Taunton and they fitted me in for that day, did more than I asked for and charged me the same.  Just fabulous!  A fantastic team, always so helpful and friendly.  Having the workshop in the background is a real bonus and quite unusual now.  I can't recommend them highly enough!

We needed alterations to our wedding rings. Lucy was extremely helpful and gave us lots of options and possible ways of doing things. Once decisions had been made the service was excellent and we are very happy with the final result. Communication and service were excellent throughout. We are very happy customers and definitely would recommend them

I visited the shop whilst on holiday and found the perfect shaped wedding ring, which fit my engagement ring perfectly and for an extremely reasonable price. Unfortunately it was a bit small and, as I was leaving later that day, wasn't in a position to get it. I contacted them a few weeks later to order correct size and was told 6 weeks. It was ready and delivered in just 2 weeks. Fantastic customer service, couldn't be more helpful. I would definitely recommend them and would love to order something bespoke in the future.

I would love to recommend Lawsons. I went in on Monday to look for a present for my niece. I knew what she wanted but nothing was exactly right. However, the girl serving me was so helpful. She helped me design it and she quoted what I thought was a reasonable price for something made to my design. They made up a necklace and matching earrings and I collected it on Thursday, I had left it rather late to decide what to give her!  It is perfect. Just what I wanted and totally individual. Great service and the quality of the jewellery is good too.

Last year Lawsons didn't t have exactly the bracelet i needed as a gift so they cut down a necklace to make the bracelet for my Granddaughter. The bracelet was too big but Lawsons kindly took out the links to make it fit. They are extremely helpfully and go the extra mile. Highly recommend them

I have used Lawsons numerous times, they are fantastic. All my purchases have been individually and personally designed. Lucy and the team always take the time to help me design a unique piece or jewellery, providing plenty of support, whilst ensuring it still feels like my idea. I definitely recommend!

Lucy from Lawsons is exceptional. She went above and beyond over lockdown to help me choose my wedding ring. When I decided to design my own she listened to and understood the brief, gave brilliant advice and the finished product is exactly what I wanted. She has been so generous with her time and knowledge and her artistry is amazing. I can't speak highly enough of Lucy and of Lawsons.

I brought Lawson's my pearl and diamond wedding ring, which had been broken into 3 pieces by the weight of a heavy wooden chopping board being dropped on top. I thought it was beyond repair and was delighted to hear that not only could they fix it, but the price was incredibly reasonable and the timeframe very speedy. Lockdown hit in the middle and they kept me updated how it was progressing and arranged collection they offered hand delivery but I live very close so it wasn't necessary Restrictions in place for pickup were excellent, but the best part was my ring looks like new - you cannot tell it has been repaired, the work is incredible! I'm so happy with the amazing work, the wonderful service, the kindness and of the team Laura was absolutely fantastic! and cannot recommend them highly enough!
