The Waltham Cross branch of My Law Matters recently handled the sale of my property and I am impressed with their performance in completing the sale of my house within six weeks. I would recommend their services to anyone requiring solicitors for property sale.
We have been dealing with Abbie for the past couple of months and she has been so very helpful from the initial enquiry to completion of our paperwork very happy with the service we have received very quick and efficient and excellent communication throughout the process. If we ever have any need for a solicitor we will definitely come back to Abbie.
Just terrible, this firm will be responsible for a client loosing a house. They dont reply to calls, they dont respond to emails, they dont return calls from estate agents and despite constant chasing from client and agent they still refuse to communicate with agent, client or the onward solicitors.
The worst experience ever. No communication, no answering to emails/calls, absolutely horrendous timelines and delays on every possible step of the process.
