I used these solicitors 5 years ago to get Power of Attorney on behalf of my mum. Leonie was dealing with it and I have to say she was excellent, very efficient service and really helpful. But, last year I recommended them to my in laws to get their power of attorney sorted. What a mistake! Leonie sadly left and I can only describe what has gone on since as a complete shambles! Totally unprofessional behaviour and nearly a year down the line, they hadn’t even began the process. My in laws have gone elsewhere now. I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole!!!

Lazy solicitor, rude receptionists. Solicitors don't even bother to arrange meetings to meet you to give you proper advice about your case. Absoulately dissapointing! Don't understand why they bother!

I have used DJK solicitors in Waltham Abbey now for many years. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, swift and friendly to deal with. Well established in the area, who many locals use, and i will continue to recommend them to anyone. Special thanks to Leonie and Julie.

Terrible experience, wish I done a little research first! Don't seem to know what the hell they are doing & so rude. Had to change solicitors.......
