This afternoon tea was the best I've ever had & at a very reasonable price. Booked for all my girl friends & it was just absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough to describe how pleased it am. Fantastic service by Nicky & all round a brilliant afternoon. Will definitely be going again. Thank you to all the team.
Been a Facebook followers for a while but today was first visit. Great place, lovely selection of food, and easy on the pocket. Don't forget to check out the first floor retail area. I'll be back. Parking: For cafe users only
I ordered takeaway for 4 - asked for 4 assorted cakes, 2 coffees and a sandwich. My sandwich was lovely and the cakes were brilliant! I heard no complaints about the coffees. The service is really friendly and it's a lovely coffee shop/restaurant, I'd go back again and really recommend it.Food: 5/5
13x of us visited for a baby shower. Seated upstairs which was nice. Absolutely lovely afternoon tea. The lovely waitress was on hand to replenish drinks. Very impressed and would recommend to my family and friends! Thankyou for an enjoyable afternoon. Kristy
This cafe is a really relaxing, friendly place to sit. We popped in on our way along the canal tow path with our little dog for a coffee and found the atmosphere to be warm and inviting. Being so close to Stroud, we thought there might be more options for vegans - if there were we would definitely be back!
Fantastic food, fantastic service, the staff were so friendly and helpful! The establishment is so cute, warm and welcoming! Highly recommend popping in for breakfast or lunch and getting one of their yummy sourdough toasted sandwiches and a hot chocolate from these hard working ladies. Thanks for having our troup of crazy kids! Kid-friendliness: They were so welcoming to the four crazy rugrats we had with us, they had kids meals, milkshakes, juice all in cute child size portions! Honestly can't recommend more!!
After a long time wanting to visit, we finally managed to get a parking space and a table. Most of the tables were reserved but the friendly staff quickly organised one for us. Quick with presenting us with our food. Which was very nice. Will visit again.Food: 5/5
We didn't realise we'd need to book a table here, it was full. The girls working there were friendly, but didn't get 'the feels'. We sat outside, where there were some blankets provided, which I thought was a nice touch. Cake and coffee were OK - nothing to write home about, but they were reasonably priced.
Really tasty food and great atmosphere. Friendly staff. In terms of feedback a the WIFI password is ridiculous and not customer friendly, please just make it easy to type in on a phone! and b please please let's get away from sachets of condiments. There is no excuse these days, we have a single use crisis packaging and plastic waste disaster on our hands. Surely a family sized squeezy bottle of ketchup and one of Brown sauce on each table and mustard/mayo bottles on request. finally c would be better to not keep butter in the fridge right up to serving it as its difficult to spread. Parking: Good parking, but clear signs that you must only park whilst using the cafe, can't leave car there whilst going for a walk etc.
Another delicious lunch today. Good selection of sandwiches, toasties and baked potatoes as well as other choices such as chicken skewers and quiche. Amazing salads available. Nice coffee served too.
