We were really lost and didn't know what hit us as a family when Mick died suddenly last year. A very malicious and completely un true 1 star review was posted on google about Laurence Jones Funeral Directors. I know the truth about this, and can categorically tell everyone that this is a nasty and spiteful comment, that is completely wrong, and completely inaccurate also. I would advise any one to look on the Laurence Jones Facebook page or website to see genuine reviews, from people who have witnessed and appreciated the kindness and professionalism of all at Laurence Jones first hand. Laurence Jones carried out the funerals for both my grandparents and did so in the most kind, sympathetic and professional manner. Really good people who will only give you nothing but the best. Thank you x

Absolutely first class service, I can not thank or recommend everyone at Laurence Jones Funeral Directors highly enough.We live in Eastham and would not go anywhere else when bereaved, 5 funerals they have carried out over the years for the Stone family, and always been amazing.

Awful incompetent people. Played the wrong music. Had the wrong name on our babies coffin and lost personal possessions which we were assured would be with our baby. Made a particularly aweful time in our lives even worse. I just hope we receive the right remains. Have no faith in these people. Avoid !!
