We have used Laurence Associates for everything from small business change of use up to full planning, design and contract administration on development projects. Just about to start onother large development project and we will be using all of their services again. Always get a friendly, straight talking, efficient service and importantly always the correct results.

I have had a very positive experience with Laurence Associates and would recommend highly. Not only were they very competitive with fees, they were the only practice who listened to what we wanted as clients and delivered us the building we envisaged. They have a special planning department who are experts in local planning laws. We got our planning approved for a ultra modern building in a AONB within 8 weeks. I cannot rate the team highly enough.

Project Date: November 2016 Project Price: £50,000 – £100,000 We have had a very poor experience with Laurence Associates despite their friendly manner. Their incomplete communication of our project requirements to supporting third party consultants has delayed the start of our project by 6 months and the unnecessary selection of third party consultants has caused us to incur costs for services that were not required. Response to our email communications has not met their own stated Service Standards and the continued unavailability of personnel to address our complaint is disappointing. It gets worse.... The response to our formal complaint to Laurence Associates was not to deny that incorrect advice was given (which was not possible as their own email evidence demonstrated their error and irrefutable) but their defense was to try and not accept that I was a client! This defence is really unprofessional and quite untruthful and seems to ignore the many email correspondence over several months, a site visit and engagement of 3rd party supplier on our behalf! My advice is to keep well clear and don't risk your money or your aspirations with this type of company.

Poor service, extremely high fees, with very little results. You have to chase them and try to get them to be passionate and professional about projects. We would not recommend this company.
