Pains me to leave a not so good review after 1 visit, but a child can do a better design. The place is although basic, really nice, lovely staff and atmosphere and that's the only reason for the additional star. Booked in for a intimate hot wax with Leanne. This was my first ever intimate wax and Leanne made me feel so comfortable and welcome. A beautiful salon, very clean and I am so pleased with my results, will definitely be returning.Service: Waxing

It was my 1st visit and I was looking forward to have a different experience with natural and organic products as you offer on your website as well as stating it last 45 mins. My appointment started 4:18pm, 18 mins late which I don't mind waiting if I'm going to have a great experience and service I was done by 4:40pm plus 15 mins waiting for the nail varnish to dry. It was more like express pedicure 22 mins i didn't have time to relaxed my feet in the natural and organic oils. The cuticle work was minimum and poor. My nails weren't polish or buffered so the nail varnish will look smooth and my nails are cut and filed in different sizes even though I had them long to make sure they were even. Nail varnish on my skin wasn't clean afterwards. No-one came to check or ask if i was happy and double check my toes, the lady serving me left no good bye or nothing. Another lady checked when my nails were dry and i told her i had some skin hunging. She took some and the rest she said i can't it's your toe in fact it was my nail which wasn't painted properly. Not exactly what I wanted before going on holiday odd looking toes. Also they take deposit which I totally agree in order to stop people no turning up but please don't offer a service you aren't capable to deliver. The worse pedicure I've ever had! Very disappointing tbh! Ps. I've taken photos.Service: Pedicure

Lovely friendly staff, quick and efficient for waxing
I always leave Lauren Elizabeth Beauty Boutique feeling amazing. I have seen Emily, Olivia and Claire for a range of treatments including acrylic nails, lash extensions and hair no more. Every treatment I’ve had with each therapist has been done to a high quality and exactly as I’ve asked and the salon itself is beautiful. The staff do everything they can to make you feel welcome and comfortable at all times from the moment you walk through the door. I would highly recommend this boutique.
The pedicure started off all right but they had a new and fairly inexperienced staff who was doing a shoddy job for another customer and my therapist had to leave me half way and go attend there. And then, the inexperienced person came over to do my foot file and 'massage'. She was terrible to say the least, couldn't hold my foot up so I ended up holding it up for her and that caused it to ache and then her filling was pathetic! The filling is the main reason why I get a pedicure and that was a disappointment. Her massage was non existent! She barely smeared some moisturiser on my feet and that was it! For a long awaited post lockdown pedicure which cost more than other places, the service was so poor, I won't be going back again!
Would not go anywhere else for all my beauty treatments. All the girls are so lovely. Beautiful boutique. Have my eyebrows shaped and tinted, gel nails and I have just had lash extensions and LOVE them. 100% recommend them. 5 stars for sure :
