Asked for acrylic nails, got passed between staff members who just completely ignore you and talk amongst themselves. Halfway through my treatment they demanded the money, what's that about? 24 hours later wish I'd never gone there! The nails vary in thickness and shape massively and the worst part is they are so painful. Tempted to go somewhere else to get them taken off today! Horrible service would not recommend at all! What a waste of money!

Went in for take off and new set. Whilst taking off cut down the side of my nails 3 times so they started bleeding. New set very rushed.Had someone else do gel.... looked like a child had done it!! When i complained they tried to file it off!!! Was on skin etc. In end had to redo. Whilst talking amongst themselves. Which i found very rude?? What are they saying about you???

Women working in here were quiet, didn't interact with customers much at all except to state prices or say "wash your hands". Reasonably priced, I had acrylics, mediocre job.
