Sadly I didn’t have a good experience. Went in to have acrylics removed and put on and left with short, stumpy shellacs. Although the staff were very polite my technician when using the drill nipped me about four times and left a small cut under my cuticles. If it happens once, there’s no problem but several times just isn’t good service. I felt tense and just wanted to get it over with despite being very unsatisfied. To top it off the salon was very cold in temperature.

I experienced a subtle microaggression from the receptionist, who made me feel unwelcome and gave off an attitude suggesting I didn’t belong. When I asked about the preferred payment methods, I was informed that I could pay by either cash or bank transfer. I chose to pay by bank transfer, but midway through the process, I was asked to pay immediately, which I found unusual since the service I received hadn’t been completed.  After I confirmed the payment, I showed her the screen on my phone. However, she took the phone from my hand to take a closer look, even though it was my online banking that I was showing her. This felt uncomfortable, especially since I observed that other clients weren’t asked for the same level of scrutiny.  All customers must be treated with the same respect and care, regardless of their background. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling unwelcome, and I don’t plan on returning.

Tommy did my nails and I’m so impressed! Although my appointment was a little behind schedule I do not mind as the amazing service really made up for it. I got acrylic extensions and shellac polish, and Tommy had great attention to detail. He did my nails evenly, and they feel lightweight and natural, not bulky at all. They’re the length I asked for and they look lovely. Sometimes when I get my nails done at other places I don’t always feel listened to when I explain what I want but they gave me it exactly. Good prices too, I’ve found my new regular spot!

Tommy and his wife are lovely people! He did my nails with powder gel and 3 days after I broke 3 nails and the gel was getting away of my nails. So I called and he told me to come the next day to get them fixed without extra charge. This time I had acrylic which is normally what I used. Apparently gel powder doesn't work for everyone  Gracias Tommy!

Friendly and professional staff! Loved  my nails. Did a very good job on my natural nails  I would go back for sure especially when I booked at last minute

called to make an appointment for Gel nails and gel pedicure and they quoted £60 for both.   they took too long on my toes and i was unable to get my nails done.  when i went to pay they charges me £40 for my toes!  The space is not very clean and will not go again.  Not worth it!

I stopped going there  after being a long term customer .treating a loyal customer as  a scammer in front of others did not suit you.Guys,I am not liar  and dont despirately need your £5 discount .if I say smthng I mean it I  think high inflation and Covid have disrupted people’s mind .its not the money but the principle and the attitude.
