Exquisite Nails

I wanted her to do my nails and I asked her for a simple French nail design however she gave me a completely different design which was not what I asked for I will attach a picture of what I wanted and what I received. so I returned a few days later to ask for some sort of compensation either she can redo them or give us the money back however she said that it would cost £30 to re-do the nails that we wanted she then tried to charge us £38 for no reason at all. She was also trying to get customers input getting them to agree with her which they didn’t. Please do not come to this place I would never recommend it to anyone.

The young man was really nice and paid a lot of attention to what I wanted. He was always asking me if everything was ok and the nails came out perfectly another lady working there offered to take a photo of them for me too

I'm actually shocked by the pics and reviews on here. I've been going here for 2 years and I find the staff absolutely lovely. Although some staff are better at nails than others. overall I never have a reason to complain about my nails. They are nice to me and on occasions I've had to bring my children they are lovely to them. The worst thing about this salon is the way some of the customers talk to the staff. It's embarrassing to watch. But as a regular who is always polite. I get great service.Services: Pedicure

The man doing my nails didn't listen at all I was charged £45 for an ombre dipping full set and £20 to do a shellac change of colour on my toes. My nails were horrendously curved and thick, it was the complete opposite to what I asked for and basically told me it'd have to do. He originally said the colour acrylic was the same price as gel polish and then once he started he then charged me an extra £10 for the ombre and £5 for 4 painted marbled fingers. I had to go somewhere else to have them fixed today and the man was laughing at me and said what did he do. He tried to correct them but said my best option was to take off and re-do which he also said wasn't fair to me considering how much I'd already spent. Absolutely fumming after having another nail tec confirm my opinion and I'll be calling for a refund tomorrow. Considering I told him I usually have Apres gels put on this is horrific. He used the cheapest lowest quality tips and overcharged me.Services: Pedicure

Always professional and my nails look amazing. I have acrylic nails and they are better shaped and last linger than anywhere else I have been to locally. Only problem is they are very popular and busy - you may have to wait sometimes.Services: Pedicure

The man with the tattooed arms did my nails. He was frustrated and screamed at me for asking to shorten while he was still in the process of filing. I politely offered to end the service there in case he had other appointments and was short on time but he just made rude remarks. Ultimately, drowning in his anger, he forgot to make the other hand’s nails shorter but I didn’t dare to complain ofc. Really odd service, not if you’re looking to treat yourself on a Sunday. Should be expected in a rough neighbourhood I guess. Really unsettled me, they need to train employees / may be pay better.Services: Pedicure

Awful experience, the man doing my nails was very rude and lashed out when I asked for simple requests, such as 2 coats of varnish. He hit my hand and glared at me, making myself and other customers uncomfortable. The nail design is very poor and he kept making mistakes and cutting my skin. When I came to pay he was making jokes with his colleagues and laughing/ pointing at me. Would avoid at all costs

They did not wipe the counter after I saw someone get up before me. They used all the same dirty and unwashed files, clippers and buffers. I was getting gel nails off and it hurt when the guy took them off. People are nice and I want to like it but for health safety reasons I would not return.Service: Manicure

Worst experience ever. 1 After some time, I realized that a man who did my nails had fungal nail infection, he wasn't wearing any gloves or anything... 2 I booked an appointment and was supposed to be there around 1.5 hours, I spent 2.5 hours there, with waiting. 3 He hurt my nails and skin so badly, didn't bother to take care of my cuticles in the beginning either, adding pictures to show his final work. I felt so disappointed as it was for my birthday and I was uncomfortable & embarrassed to show my nails in public for some time until it healed. 4 I did not even have an occasion to say what I think about my nails neither he asked me if I liked it or not, when he finished my nails he ran outside to smoke without telling me anything. Avoid at any cost. It's not worth it even for a price.

When it comes to manicure and pedicure, they are quite good and do a good job. i get my pedicure here bi-monthly and the staff is good. For manicure, i go for normal polish or a gel polish so it is good. But I wouldn't recommend this place for nail extensions if that is what you are looking for.Services: Pedicure
