Great Shop For The Ladies...
WARNING !!!Ask if you have any points to redeem BEFORE paying for your goods! Without the card I no longer know how many points I have accrued. Paid for items then saw my receipt which showed 28 points. On asking to redeem for my 10% off I was advised I needed to ask BEFORE paying and it was "Company Police" not to tell customers they had points. Absolutely disgusting and a strongly worded letter now sent to head office
Nice clean shop, helpful staff and good range of reasonably priced, good quality clothes
I attempted to take an item back which was ordered online for a 93 yr old relative- the boots were clearly still new- had labels still attached but the old lay had lost the receipt from the delivery bag which meant they would not refund the item so I asked if a gift card could be awarded instead but the answer was a firm No- meaning a 93 yr old is stuck with boots that don't fit and is out of pocket to the tune of £15! I find this a very uncaring and intransigent policy !!!
