Poor service and pathetic staff, very unfriendly. Please avoid. I recommend all my contacts to just avoid this store. You are better off buying stuff online from other quality sellers. Red Car

Hopefully we'll be able to write a better review soon. A classic cock up which they've made worse. We waited in all day for sofa and chair, re-arranged the living room to fit it in, and then they tried to deliver it to another house in the street (they go the number wrong). No attempt to contact us and check if we're in or anything. Now, having failed to deliver, they have to return sofa for quality control. We've been told we might get it in two weeks time. Laura Ashley deliveries - useless!!
