Abdul from IQ is so easy to work with and quickly understands your style and preferences. He is incredibly professional, friendly and works hard to ensure all requirements are met. He helped us to furnish a new home and ensured every step from initial consultations through to delivery at home were seamless I would highly recommend IQ for indoor and outdoor furniture and his interior design experience
We were looking for a unique dining table, sofa bench and chair set for a while. Visiting IQ Furniture's impressive showroom was our first step. After a quick discussion with the knowledgeable staff we were shown some combinations and were quite frankly blown away with how the team just understood what we were after. The showroom is impressive, however it is the service we received after we had made our decision that made our experience all that more special. We wanted to take our time with the process and we felt that we were genuinely left to make our decision in our own time following the showroom visit. Delivery lead times were exactly as we were initially advised, and we couldn't be happier with our dining set. Having received a home visit from the owner was a surprise, and a lovely gesture. There is no doubt we would be back at IQ Furniture's showroom the next time we are shopping for special home furnishings.
I was looking for a walk in wardrobe for a new build and was recommended by my Interior designer to visit IQ furniture. Glad i found them, loads to see with a massive choice. Very helpful and totally transparent about price which I had not found elsewhere.
Wow what can I say, iQ Furniture really did change our house into a home! We bought our entire family room, living room and dining room furniture from Abdul at iQ furniture and we are so pleased with the results! It’s stunning! Abdul and Angeles worked their magic and listened and understood exactly the look we we were trying to achieve in our new home. Abdul really did look after us so well, he really cares about his clients, he strives to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, he advises you carefully to make sure your choices work perfectly in your home. The design service they offer is brilliant , it turns the ideas in paper into reality, Abdul and Angeles even came out to our home to get a true feel for the space to gain a greater understanding of what would look fantastic in our home. iQ have such a huge range of beautiful furniture and accessories we didn’t have to go anywhere else. I loved to spend time looking at the different ranges and discussing design with Abdul, he is so extremely knowledgeable and professional it really was a joy to work with him. Abdul at IQ has been absolutely amazing at finding all that we needed for our new house. Indoor, and outdoor furniture at such amazing quality. We're absolutely delighted with everything. Would 100% recommend.
It has been an absolute pleasure working with Abdul and his Team at IQ Furniture. The furniture, custom build wardrobe and customer service provided has been fantastic. I can say that i have recommended them to everyone who is looking to remodel their home.
The quality of the furniture was good, but the after service was extremely poor. We spent a considerable amount of money with this company, and whilst they were good at closing the sale, we have had major issues with the floating bed and cabinets coming off the wall hinges. We asked IQ furniture to come out to rectify this on many occasions, but the owner was, and is reluctant to offer any support or after service, and instead, put the blame on us by stating that our house has thin walls! This is without him or or a representative from IQ furniture coming out to investigate! We have now contacted Lago furniture the bed and cupboard manufacturer directly in Italy to try and resolve this. Please be mindful when dealing with IQ furniture. You will get a great sales person, who will say all the right things, but if or when something goes wrong, not sure they will offer too much in the way of support. At least, this has been our experience. Hope this helps.
An incredible selection of indoor and outdoor furniture from designer brands. The bespoke wardrobes from Studio IQ are exceptional, Angeles created a 3D visual of how the wardrobe would look in my house which really helped me choose how I wanted it to look.
It was amazing that such a fantastic showroom was hidden away. There were so many items that I would like to purchase for when we have our house redecorated
All I can say is wow! Lots of choice. Staff very helpful. Impressed.
