The best Fish'n'chips in town. Light, crispy batter on chunky fish. Delightful family and staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Sorry for the photo not the best but I love smothering curry over my fish and chips. Fish, chips and sausage and batter. Fantastic quality.
ALWAYS greeted with a smile.. ALWAYS makes an effort to have a chat and to see how your day has been and to top it off the BEST fish and chips around cheers Lau's :
Fish is nice, with light, crispy batter, but not the same can be said for other battered products. Sausage in batter was more like rubber, compared to that on the fish.
Just to point out to people that may be misled by the post on their Facebook page which apparently only pertains to last year, 2014, Lau's are not open on a Sunday. Incidentally, the chicken curry and rice is not bad at all, although it could perhaps do with a little more curry sauce.

Good old fashioned chippy. Nice people. Bit concerned about the hygiene rating of 2 but it seems like it should be better to more. Would recommend it.
