Decent parmesan box. Parmesan itself was nice, I’ve had better. The Donner was tasty and was better with the Cajun sauce. Not a fan of the skin on fries. Pizza was nice, standard chicken pizza as most places. Decently priced place, friendly and well mannered staff.

Tried the famous munch box, what a treat can't go wrong with the variety and good quality for £7.50, the spicy saucy burger was really tasty too. Thank you for delivering to my property even though it's out of your radius, really appreciate it. Hope to order from you soon again. A must try Food: 4/5

***Updated review*** On my first visit I ordered their best seller the parmo box. I found the portion was small and lacked any real flavour. The chicken was bland and had no seasoning, the donner was the same. Now on my second visit the portion was decent but a bit more donner and the chicken needs to be a little bigger for the price we pay. The chicken was seasoned well, the donner was juicy and bursting with all different spices and heat. I reccomend having the sauces splashed all over the food as it gives the food a creamy spicy rich taste. The fries and salad were basic and nothing wrong with them other than the salad is just lettuce and onions. Overall really liked the parmo box still needs a sliggt improvement on portion size and more items adding to the salad but really happy with the quality and taste of the food. Look at the photos showing the difference between the first and second visit. I would recommend they have a large parmo box and add toppings like keema, chicken tikka etc .

Top notch munch box! Donner was very well seasoned and cooked with onions, chips were very nice and chicken parm was cheesy and fresh, large portion enough to fill two moderately hungry or one very hungry person. If I were to say one thing, under the cheese and sauce, the chicken was a bit bland. Would still recommend.

Disgusting customer service. Order was placed via UberEATS at 7:48pm restaurant delivers themselves by the way. It's now 9:50pm and the food still hasn't arrived which has resulted in us having to cancel the order after numerous phone calls to the shop to chase up the order, during which the staff member made up the following pathetic excuses: first call 8:39pm: "we're waiting for the driver to come to the store to collect the order". Second call: 9:00pm: "the driver is on his way to your address". 3rd call 9:24pm: "I've called the driver, he's making other deliveries, he'll be at your address in 7 minutes". 4th call 9:46pm: the staff member was rude and arrogant and said "shall I just cancel the order". A few words of advice for the store: a handful of mentions on social media doesn't make a business a success. Professionalism, honesty, time management and good customer service is what makes a business thrive. If you continue like this, don't be surprised if you don't have a business left by the end of the year. If you can't handle the orders, then don't take them. Simple. This is the worst customer service we have ever experienced. You guys need to seriously fix up.

Unprofessional people ordered food at 6:30 for 7:30 and food hasn’t come and it’s been over 3 hours. The guy who answered the phone is a complete liar and said we don’t get orders straight away but I know with Uber Eats you as a business have to confirm the order to make for the customer. I was told my order is next to be delivered 45 minutes ago but still nothing. When I tried phoning back they took the phone line off. Unprofessional people who just robbed a customer of his hard earned money. It was for my fast as we had no food at home as we’re working people so ordering was the better option. 3 hours after the fast was meant to open all we’ve had is water and dates. Unacceptable and not worth ordering from these people again. I’ll update this review once the food arrives because he said the food is ready and still it ain’t here so it definitely won’t be fresh neither hot. £40 down the drain. I want a message back from the owner as this is not acceptable! Update: food came at 9:40pm 3 hours and 40 minutes later and the box just felt soggy. I tried the donor it was cold the Parmesan chicken smelt like raw chicken and the fries were cold. The only decent thing was the fried Oreo’s. But overall it was a complete waste of £40. Horrible experience.

Overall the munch box was ok. Very filling and a generous portion. 3 stars because the Parmesan chicken was not cooked actually disguisting.

Saw this place online. Thought I will try it out. Unfortunately wasn't up to my expectations. Chips went soggy and undercooked and spicy saucy burger had a slight after taste of old oil. Also gave me a upset stomach. I'm still willing to give it a second try.

£7.50 is a bargain for the munchbox. The donner meat had a unique taste and fries were delicious. The parmo didn’t have the most flavour but it was decent from a takeaway. Great customer service and takeaway!

Im giving my honest opinion. I saw some tiktok videos going viral about this place and thought why not try it out as I'm from Birmingham and not too far from this place. I wanted to see what the hype was about. So i decided to go here and order 2 boxes for the parmesan with fries and spicy donner for £7.50 for myself and my kids but upon opening the box i felt the portion size was not what it seemed in the videos and i was put off by this. The other thing is this place is in the corner and can be awkward to find for a few people. Itd a very small shop and hardly anything in the shop at all as it comes from the back. Now upon eating i wasn't sure what was in my parmesan but it was hard and crunchy and was not cheese. I wouldn't call it parmesan because ive had many. I personally didn't like the taste at all and fries were hard and donner looked uncooked to me when i was in the shop it had pinkish texture but i definitely did not enjoy it and felt it was unhygienic. Im not the type of person to kick up a fuss about the quality and taste etc but as i said earlier its my personal opinion so it may differ to others view points. I wouldn't be going here again. The staff were excellent and friendly no doubt but i just feel it needs improvement especially with the quality and quantity and the inside the shop and make sure its fresh and edible. There's.
