Heard a lot about this place and we were very excited to try jalebi here. Yes, it is tasty, fresh and crunchy. I believe the place is overly hyped. Minimum 3£ is must to buy and they only accept cash. Having a small portion is much enough to satisfy your sweet tooth. I recommend this place…
Piping hot Jalebis in London. For the unacquainted, Jalebi is an Indian sweet. Its great generally but eating a hot freshly made Jalebi on a cold winter evening is a very different experience. the Jalebi's are great. A bit of a dampener that they only accepted cash that evening/always ?. But service is prompt and the Jalebi's are lip licking. There is other items for sale inside the shop but mainly it is Jalebi's that this place is known for. A must visit if you are in the area.
Amazing Jalebi, let down by the customer service. The man who was making and serving the Jalebi was incredibly rude. Asked for £2 pound worth of Jalebi, he demanded that the minimum was £3. There was no sign outside to say that the minimum was £3, not only that the manner in which he spoke in was extremely outrageous. I did not expect this from a place I usually purchase my Jalebis from. Disappointed by the service. The guy did not seem to wanna work there. After the initial demand of £3, he then said he didn't have change so he's gonna give us £2 worth of Jalebi. Which is what we asked for in the first place. Where did the minimum £3 go there. The management needs to sort out the guy at the front making the Jalebi. Was ridiculous and unhelpful.

Zero stars if there was an option. Don't waste your money and time here. We were denied a table because we wanted to eat their Jalebi bought outside from their own stall. Reason being they charge you more inside. We understand there's a service charge for eat in and were happy to pay for it. After an argument, we were given a table. Jalebi were freshly made and were good. Pakoray were reheated in an oven. Please know that pakora and samosa are supposed to freshly made and not refried or heated in a microwave. Pakora were stale and rubbery. We politely sent back 'spring rolls' as they were broken and filled with oil. Chai was mediocre. The staff fought and insisted that their spring rolls were perfect and we should pay for them. They also laughed at us on hearing that even though their Pakora were rubbery and stale, we're still paying for them. Nonetheless, we paid for everything except the spring rolls and left.
Its very worst experience. The staff was so rude and they don’t care about food hygiene and health and safety. We went to eat there and we got metal in our Halwa-puri dish . We call the staff and show them but they don’t care about this . They even didn’t realise what happened if we eat this dish. No any apologies nothing taken care by the team.
Jalebis were extremely good and were served warm. Veg samosa chat was very yummy as well. Aloo tikki chat was just average. Kashmiri tea was very good. Service was bit slow on a Saturday, I think it's due to the crowd. Recommended for Jalebis
I went to Southall JUST to have their hot hot jalebis. The BEST jalebis ever! So crispy even after staying in a paper bag for 2 days.
Good dishes. Hot Jalebi and Chai was awesome. However, please be mindful, that the eatery serves chat Pakistani style which is different from India style. The staff is awesome . Big thumbs up
Awesome Jalebis freshly made and hot. Go for it.Food: 5/5
