Story

Treatments/Products:
I am Professionally trained and Insured with the Guild of Beauty Therapists and only use Professional Products such as Flirties, Hi-Brow, Refectocil and Gelish. These products cannot be bought over the counter and need to be removed by myself or another trained and insured professional, please do not try to remove them yourself as you may damage your natural lashes/brows/nails.

Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers are available in denominations of £10 and are valid for 3 months from date of purchase. I keep a record of all gift vouchers purchased and their intended recipient so please don't worry if you misplace them, you will still be able to have your treatment.

Skin Allergy Testing:
Please note skin allergy tests are required before all tinting and lash treatments to give you the best chance of making sure you do not have an allergic reaction to any of the products I use. Although you may have had a similar treatment previously with another salon, there are lots of different products on the market, therefore you will still need to carry this out with me before you have your treatment.

Booking/Cancellation Fees:
For new clients booking treatments which take over 2 hrs a non refundable booking fee of £20 will be taken at time of booking appt, this can be paid either in cash, bank transfer or via PayPal - this will then be deducted from your total bill at the end of your treatment. If your appt is changed/cancelled within 24 hrs of your appt time this booking fee will be lost.
Any Clients who regularly cancel at short notice will be asked to pay for their treatment in full at time of booking appt.
