For my first experience of having a massage here, it was lovely and I can’t fault the therapist, Hannah she was lovely and did a great massage but... the owners/managers seriously need to consider the customers experience. I was taken to a room where I had to undress with an almost see through screen not covering the doorway, felt very uncomfortable. The room also has an access door with an uncovered see through window that could be looked through. The music was loud (radio) not at all relaxing, and the hairdressers in the room next door had no consideration for someone having a massage in the next room. The wallpaper job is horrendous and not an oasis for relaxation at all. At least put a solid door on the room, access to nice soft music in the room and a curtain up the window of the other door.

I would rate this place with zero stars if Google would let met. The beauticians who work there are brilliant but the owners don't have any interpersonal or customer service skills and we're quite rude. Not a fake review btw, posted from a friends phone, struggle to understand why business and business owners lack the ability to take feedback. If you worldliness specific more than happy to update further. And while we are on the subject of fake reviews the five star rating from the other review was by a member of your staff!
