I've gone here twice now and will never again. The place is filthy; used thread lying around, used wax sticks placed next to the wax as though they are going to be used again, dirty brushes, no gloves, powder and dirt on every surface. The only reason I didn't immediately turn around and walk out the first time was because of the positive reviews, and while it wasn't a warm atmosphere and I wasn't asked how I like my brows done (or spoken to at all), the lady working on me did a wonderful job and I walked out feeling good. 

This second time though, I can't stop laughing at how horrible I look. It was a different woman than the first time and she made my brows two different shapes, one was nicely rounded and the other looked like a right angle. And I had asked for them to be tinted and she tinted them uneven as well! It is hands down the worst tint job I've ever seen on anyone, right down to the tail looking like a blunt edge and the beginning of my brow being uneven distances from the bridge of my nose and there being dye all over my face. 

I got home and immediately put my heaviest night cream on, let it soak, and have managed the scrub most of the dye off my skin, but yikes. Giving two stars instead of one, cause the first time I went my eyebrows did look nice.

Always use this place to get my waxing/threading done.. superb team of very friendly girls who give good customer service and definitely good value for money. The girls are fast workers so waiting time is never too long or a issue. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

I have been coming here for the past 10 Years and I have never been disappointed. The salon is very welcoming and the ladies that do my waxing are very friendly. I have been doing full body waxes and eyebrow threading mainly. For such an great price they do the waxing at a very high standard and very efficiently. I have been to other places where not all my hairs have gone from my legs and took too much time. Would highly reccomend this beauty salon!!

Tried many salons on foleshill road Lashes hair n beauty is d best I found. I had eyelashes extensions and eyebrows here I'm fully satisfied. Loveleen and her staff is very experienced .
