AWFUL experience! The first and main issue is that they all talk to eachother in their own language making you as the customer feel VERY uncomfortable, they were actually pointing at me laughing. Secondly they don't listen to what you say I asked for them long and she gave me nails probably 1cm off my fingertip and they look disgusting! I was the last person in the shop and they were clearly trying to rush me out as all coworkers were stood round watching the women do my nails and the reason it took so long is because they were all taking and laughing loud around me and she wasn't concentrating on me the customer. While I was there they overcharged another customer and I heard them tell a customer over the phone they were shut when on here it says open till 7pm so that is missinformative when this was only 5.45. Overall they have gone very downhill since new management and i have a lot of friends who come here once a month but I will be advising otherwise. Sorry also they made me bleed on three fingers as they are very rough.
