After shopping with family, we stopped mid-afternoon for some lunch and were not disappointed. Two family members had burgers which they seemed to enjoy. One family member enjoyed tuna on brown seeded bread. I had ham on a baguette but I also asked if I could have tomato, lettuce and cheese which was nicely loaded on top! Proper ham too, cut from the bone - yum! Other than the older cantankerous men being loud and drinking after playing their golf, it was good.

Am a member of the Golf club. For the membership price this must be one of the best venues around with 27 holes (3 nines). I have attended social events here and also used the restaurant (Sunday carvery) and used the Hotel - New Years Eve parties. I can thoroughly recommend this venue whatever your requirements.

Good selection at buffet which was so fresh and hot. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent

Sunday carvery was very nice, fresh veg' and great quality meat. I thought it excellent value at £10.95

We attended for a Christmas Party and everything was very good as usual. Nice buffet (especially the tiny cakes and eclairs!) And lovely staff made the event really perfect.
