Visited today for the first time . The doctor that attended me was brilliant. I have had a foot problem for a long time . He was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice and treatment. Well done.
I have attended this doctors surgery many times over the last 9 months due to being pregnant, I have always managed to get an appointment and through to the surgery quickly over the telephone however I find the receptionist, Debbie, extremely rude and passive aggressive. She lets the surgery down unfortunately
Shame the practice has gone downhill over the 25 years I was with them. Administration staff very rude and frequently caused me unnecessary difficulties Pleased to have moved to a new friendly practice
Not the best. Appointments have to be caught on a Thursday as they seem to be only available to book then. I've been a patient for 18 years and it's gone downhill. "Not cost efficient" is a phrase they love.
Great staff always find a way to see you if needed. Parking not great so plan this in to any appointment you get. Can park in Conservative club less Chan 5 minute walk if needed.
Sister was seen to be an extremely unprofessional doctor regarding her mental health, I've heard some bad stories with doctors and brushing off depression but this is by far the worst. She went in feeling ready to get help and came out feeling like a burden

OUR family cannot speak too highly of the doctors and practice staff, we have always been looked after very well, we have been patients for 35 years and would not consider moving house for fear of losing the care and support so very necessary as one ages. Terrence & Julia falcus

After a terrible weekend and no help from my local pharmacy or 111, I've just phoned the surgery and spoken to Andrea on reception, who listened, was sympathetic and gave me the help and advice I needed.
