Had a house viewing arranged with Lands Estate Agents, only they didn't inform me that the vendor had in fact already accepted an offer on the house (I learnt this standing on the seller's doorstep)!  Embarrassing for all those involved and they have not bothered to ring me despite my request. Poor communication, not impressed!
