I own a restaurant and planned to put an awning outside however I had some difficulty with the council refusing a permit. After our initial proposal being refused, our later appeal had turned to be successful. I would like to particularly thank Peter Wilkinson who has been there for me throughout the whole process. I found Peter has been professional, diligent, patient and hardworking. Our planning application was supported with a very good supporting statement made by Peter. He has always maintained a professional and friendly service. Peter was always on the other end of the call which is highly unlikely nowadays in the customer service field. I would highly recommend Landmark Planning!
We have employed the services of Landmark Planning on a couple of occasions. The first occasion was in regard to a planning appeal and the second in regards to a difficult planning application. We have found the firm to be professional and they have dealt with matters efficiently and effectively. Great work with Landmark Planning in achieving a highly complex paragraph 80 permission. Permission given as an officer decision rather than at committee which is unheard of and reflects the standard of planning advice received. I would not hesitate to recommend Peter & his team.
I would highly recommend using Landmark Planning for all your planning needs. A different architect firm provided negative feedback on the planning I required however Landmark Planning after assessing the paperwork were positive and planning recently came through. I would particularly recommend Samuel Conalty who worked on the application throughout and was very help and responsive whenever I had any questions. Would definitely use Landmark and Samuel again. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Peter and his team as his work together with his trusted partners has enabled me to gain planning consent to a small residential dwelling which was by no means certain due to its location beside a canal and close to a public house. Each inevitable planning issue was explained with solutions, in simple terms, and resolved one by one until the desired result was achieved. If you consider that you need a planning consultant to help with your application, you'd be wise to instruct Landmark Planning.
