It's not a bad bus station. Easy to find the bus you want. Dogs are welcome. Also there is a café and you can buy food or drink. The toilets are disgusting
Lovely little bus station, only down side is the toilets, hold your breath whilst using them. Drivers were very friendly and helpful, plenty of seating whilst waiting for your bus.
Drivers are rude and unhelpful. One got off to go to buy 2 bottles of fanta with a bus packed with people. I have been told false information by multiple drivers that contradict one another.
Visited on the 16/02/2021, overall a good bus station. Arrived at lunchtime, toilets could have done with a good clean. One of the toilet seats in the ladies needed cleaning. Disabled toilet not much better toilets the same at around 4pm so obviously the cleaner doesn't go in and clean them
I was turn away for having fake money even tho I changed it just minute before at the bank with out any problems. When trying to prove himself right he brought out another £10 note and rudely told me to “feel the difference” even tho there wasn’t any difference between the two. Then rudely not allowed onto the bus after it had already been setting off late making me miss my appointment for college. Making me have to walk over an hour to get there late.
