Normally a good experience here ,however after taking our Ford Ranger in for its 1st service i will not be returning due to being given 3 different prices for the service, 1 of which included time for what was warranty work, which i had them remove.A very old Ford Ka was the loan vehicle i was given and it was an absolute disgrace inside, empty sandwich packet, used tissues, very stained seats and needed a really good hoover.nThere are some lovely staff here so it is a shame that on this visit i feel let down and they do not even wash your vehicle before returning it to you.nI travelled further to use this garage as we purched the Ranger New from here but obviously loyalty counts for nothing.nI did complain but a weak sorry just did not cut it after all the stress they caused me I have autism.nCannot wait for new Ford Dealer in Dundee to open.
Excellent service from start to finish salesman Brin went out of his way open the garage on a Sunday so we could view the vehicle the vehicle was serviced and checked and all advised comments on the recent mot were repaired at no cost to myself when we collected the vehicle it was filled with fuel again at no cost we are extremely impressed with the vehicle highly recommend this garage and staffnStephen g
I cannot thank the guys at Lamb and Gardiner enough after purchasing a car from them a couple of weeks before Christmas. Although we were 500 miles apart they gave me everything I needed to be confident to buy unseen, and this was not a cheap car. Alan in particular has definitely gone the extra mile to get the deal over the line. And as for being polite, I could not have dealt with more professional, well mannered and courteous individuals. Thanks to Alan, Sandy and Bryn. Just to finish. The car was delivered to me and I noted that the air pump for the puncture repairs was missing. This was sent a couple of day later bought from Jaguar and with someone going to collect the item before postage. Brilliant. All dealers should be like this!
Bought my new car from Colin at Lamb & Gardiner. Great buying experience, no hassle, totally honest and good price. Had occasion to go back for a little paint job, couldn't have been more accommodating. Highly recommended.
