To get appointment at this doctor's is ridiculous phone keeps ringing & ringing. And when you do get appointment your waiting about 45/50 minutes after the time appointment is.

Across the board the staff range from good to outstanding. All very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the practice is let down by an appointment booking system which is, in my view, regressive and unhelpful. It is also worth noting, contrary to what is declared on the practice website under appointments updated 21 October 2023. It is also worth noting that prior to the COVID pandemic, you had a perfectly functioning online appointment booking system.nnSo, today I asked for a routine  appointment and was told that the soonest I could see a GP was 10 January 2024. I could call at 8.00am tomorrow or the next day and get an appointment sooner but I don’t want to wait in a queue. So the obvious questions arise - why if there are daily appointments available does a patient have to call at 8.00am and, furthermore, why is this information not conveyed on your website? Please excuse the slightly crotchety review but I’m not at all impressed with this aspect of your service.nnThank you, John

Coupar Angus Medical Centre has good and well-responding doctors. Receptionists are also well-supported. It has a good parking facility for visitors unlike most of the GPs.

I'm not registered with this surgery so when I suddenly suffered intense pain, courtesy of a suspected kidney stone I was promptly accepted as a temporary patient and given excellent treatment by a wonderful lady doctor. I cannot thank the staff enough for coming together to help me in my hour of need.

This is my surgery. Doctoes Nurses and Reception staff are excellent. Difficult to get appointments but thats due to lack of doctors like most GPs now
