My family and I were involved in a Road Traffic Incident in 2017.

Within a fortnight of signing up with Lamb and Co. (Zoe was the solicitor dealing with our claim), we had a home visit, documents provided and medical appointments booked.

The 25% fee out of awarded compensation is absolutely nothing to do with individual solicitors as some of these reviews suggest.  It is a legal requirement, which was made VERY CLEAR in every document we have signed.

I spoke to Zoe almost immediately on the three occasions I wanted to clarify some points and found her extremely professional and friendly.

Our accident was in September 2017 and all four members of my family have recieved offers from the third party.

Some of the offers were considered too low and we were advised what to do about this. 

My family and I would highly recommend Lamb and Co. (in particular, Zoe) to anybody seeking to claim compensation for a non-fault accident.

I wouldn't believe the reviews posted as my experience of using Lamb&Co has been fantastic. I used them for my car accident claim and found them extremely good. Communication was excellent and they got me more compensation than I expected so I personally would highly recommend them and have done since. Thanks For a great service

Where is the 0 star option ?
Used this company for 1 reason and that was because i was promised £1500 advanced payment... and i didn't even get that.
Girl dealing with my case was on her lunch break EVERY time i phoned, whether it be 9am, 1pm, 3pm or 5pm, just on her dinner all day every day.
Was lied to and mislead.
Don't listen to what you're saying.
Accepted a massive underpayment just so as i could clear debts which i had built up because of this company, worked light duties because of their false promises from them so fell behind on bills and then couldn't catch back up.
Dealing with this company has not benefited me in any way shape or form.
Staff are rude and ignorant.
Now suffering with severe depression and anxiety due to the whole situation from the point of my injury and throughout dealing with lamb & co and when i told lamb & co this i basically got the response "what do you want us to do about it?".
Would NEVER use again and would advise everybody else steer well clear.
Only personal injury solicitors I've used in the past is Rushton Hinchy, friendly, helpful and actually do their jobs. Use them, don't even lower down to lamb & co's level, unless of course you want to be messed around by people who don't give the slightest care in the world.
To be fair, the one time i did get to speak to the girl dealing with my case she was friendly and nice. Just a shame the other 500 times i rang she wasn't available and i had to deal with the rude and unintelligent staff.

All I can say is use carpenters this solicitors are con artists for one they did not fully disclose to me about the 25 percent charge when there was l.e.i cover available . They then tried calling me a liar at one point evan tried to make out I had lost the plot ! Then constant lies an broken promises . Secratary's brains don't work properly either and Evan send you the wrong paperwork out ... shocking avoid at all costs and spread the word . Felt like going the papers at one point I felt as if a con man had me in his pocket .

Un-professional, rude, and full of false promises, don,t waste your time with this supposed claims specialists . The owner to use one of her favourite words 
is a "divee", I guess this is a derogatory word, but the owner uses it when talking to many  people who have had the misfortune to deal with this company and its idiot owner and question her practice.
