Ordered Food at the weekend. The order turned up late after a phone call! When calling to say the order was incorrect and looked like it had been thrown around the car on the way here, all I was informed was it was because they were busy!! This was on Sunday 02/04/17. I am still waiting for my refund on Thursday 06/04/17. The order was made through just-eat who haven't been very helpful and have been contacted several times!
