Domino’s is passionate about being the best pizza company in the whole world. We want to deliver a piping hot pizza to your door under 22 minutes (yeah, that specific!). We know what YOU expect from us and we will try to exceed that each and every time by delivering quicker than anyone else, delivering better pizzas than anyone else and getting it right every time! It's what we do ;)

My previous review gave 4 stars because it's been entirely satisfactory, but since then every pizza ordered has either had something wrong with it or it's not been delivered at all. Two stuffed crusts ordered in one meal, neither stuffed but charged for was the final straw. And that's happened more than once. I even got someone else's pizza once. I guess all these convenience foods are getting worse (McDonald's too) because of these millennial's inability to do a day's work for a day's pay. If any of you read this then pull your socks up, grit your teeth & do what everyone before you has had to do...EARN a living.

Poor customer service. Several incorrect pizza orders. Will not go above and beyond for customers. Would not recommend.

Haven't tasted the pizza yet but the service was poor. The web site tried to overcharge me. Whilst trying to explain this to the person serving me he interrupted me to answer the phone. I paid the correct amount and, after my name had disappeared off the screen because my pizza had been waiting so long, I enquired after it and they tried to charge me for it again. ( Having now eaten the pizza, which was good, I have increased the rating).

Really helpful, I went with 2 vegans, not a lot of choice, but very helpful. My pizza was very good, If a little salty!

Disgraceful service, pizza topping stuck to the box lid! Waited 2 hours for a 'not squashed ' pizza to not arrive complained again to get a not so satisfying response from them!!! Not like your pizzas are cheap!!! Customer services need addressing
