last 10 times we have ordered from here the order has been wrong, tonight we ordered a kebab, chicken Tika and chips and a normal portion of chips, what we got? 2 portions of Tika and chips. Absolute pisstake

Order here every time and it never fails. Amazing customer service from Lalas and always fast delivery.

Ordered last night. Food should of came to £11 and I got charged £16+ salad was absolutely rank. Ordered my daughter pizza and it was burnt so she didn't eat it.

Made an order on just eat, rung the shop straight away to ask if it was possible for sauce on the pizza was assured i could, when order was recieved first off no sauce which i could forgive but the Large kebab ordered on NAAN bread came on a pitta and was tiny defo not what was ordered.

Never ever recommend to any body The staff is very unprofessional as I have ordered the pizza meal deal. He asked to wait for 1 hour but it arrived after 1 and half hour with cold food also 2 drinks are missing from the food. When I try ringing he did not respond I tried from other number and this time he going to be abusive with me and hang up the call. They are really worst in the services and also in their food.

Omg one of the best pizzas I've ever had My partner had a chicken kebab and i had a taste so nice definitely recommend

One of the best, if not the best takeaways in Accrington. Food is absolutely amazing, everytime is SO GOOD. I keep waiting for a bad delivery but confidently after ordering through out Ramadan till now. Not once have they let me down. Delivery is impeccable. Parmesans all day!

Got the wrong order i ordered a lalas special donna and got a spicy donna kabab rang them up about it and they said that I would have to pay £7.50 for them to drop the right thing that was ordered off to me. Not good customer service at all if I was you make sure you check your order 3 times as he read it out to me before the order was fully placed and still wanting me to pay an extra £7.50 for there fault

Love this place we stopped on our way through and  came back the next day... the guy remembered us anyway warm and welcoming the massage fish is Elite
